This proposal will introduce the “Open Concept” and the “Cellular Hopping Scheme” to turn the entire territory into one united entity. The scheme not only will create many new items of action-pack entertainment but also will connect all the existing scattered and isolated tourist spots together pumping and circulating the guests and local tourists to almost every corner of the community. It is easy to see that the whole community will benefit directly as a result.

The Cellular Hopping Scheme is the philosophy behind this proposal. It will uncover many special ingredients of the existing tourist spots and will be able to create many new tourist spots all over the place. Under this scheme, all the tourist spots will be signified as cells. Between adjacent cells, new features will be added as the attraction force to attract people to hop over. There will be many choices for the people to go further along after visiting any cell or to “jump start” anywhere. You can stay there as long as you like it, or it will take no more than 15 minutes for you to travel from cell to cell.

If Ocean Park, Aberdeen, Lamma Island, the Peak, Sheung Wan, Central, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, North Point, Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei, Mong Kok, Kowloon City, Wong Tai Sin, Tsz Wan Shan, Diamond Hill, Kai Tak, Sham Shui Po, Cheung Sha Wan, Tsuen Wan, Tsing Yi, Ma Wan, Disneyland, Lan Tau North, Tung Chung, The Airport, Po Lin Temple, Sham Tseng, Siu Lam, Golden Coast, Castle Peak, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Ping Shan, Kam Tin, Pat Heung, Lam Tsuen, Tai Po, Tai Mei Tuk, CUHK, Sha Tin, Tai Wai and Ma On Shan form one giant organism, the synergy will be enormous.

Such set up of cellular hopping will create synergy which can bring along more visitors travelling from one to another in a natural way. And naturally, it will give tourist business a boost and bring back vibrant local business.
